That is exactly what happened when 9-year-old Emmy Davis stepped out in front of the judges. Hailing from Welling, the incredibly polite and soft-spoken young girl instantly charmed the crowd. When asked by Simon Cowell why she decided to audition, Emmy sweet-naturedly explained that she had been watching the show since she was five years old and always dreamed of being on it.
